What to expect
-
Your initial visit includes a comprehensive consultation where we'll discuss your health history, concerns, lifestyle, and wellness goals. Traditional Chinese Medicine assessments, such as pulse and tongue diagnosis, may be used to gain a deeper understanding of your body's patterns and imbalances.
Depending on your needs, treatment may include acupuncture and complementary therapies such as cupping, ear acupuncture, or other modalities.
Please allow approximately 75–90 minutes for your first appointment.
Follow-Up Visits
Follow-up treatments are focused on supporting your progress and adjusting your care as your needs evolve. Most return visits last 60 minutes.

Select your service, choose a date and time that works for you. If you're unsure which service is right for where you are right now, the virtual TCM consultation is always a great place to start — it gives us a full picture before we dive into treatment.

Give your body time to integrate. Drink plenty of water, avoid strenuous activity for the rest of the day, and try to rest if you can. Some people feel immediate relief; others notice shifts over the following 24 to 48 hours as the body continues to respond. You may feel tired after your session — that's normal and a sign your nervous system is doing its work. Avoid alcohol and cold foods directly after treatment.
